Account responsibilities
Provide accurate account details and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity through your account. Contact the Academy if you suspect unauthorised access.
Courses and access
The course page and checkout show the course content, delivery format, price and access period. Paid access is granted after the payment provider confirms payment. Free courses do not require payment. Course materials are for your personal learning and must not be resold or redistributed without permission.
Learning and certificates
Follow course-specific instructions for lessons, quizzes and assignments. Certificates are issued when the applicable completion requirements are met. A certificate records course completion; it is not a guarantee of employment, earnings or business results.
Payments and refunds
Review the order total and payment method before proceeding. Refund requests are reviewed under the published Refund Policy and any applicable course-specific terms. A failed or pending payment does not grant paid access.
Acceptable use
Do not share unlawful content, harass other learners, misuse the platform or attempt to access another person's account. The Academy may restrict accounts that misuse the service.

Use the Contact page for general enquiries or your dashboard's Support area for account-related requests. Membership support is subject to the selected plan's published benefits and limits.
